Can I get electronic copies of the images?
No, I can't give out electronic copies, especially full size images. The files can be sold, with a usage agreement, for use in advertising, publications, etc., e-mail me for details.
Can I get 4x6 photos for my photo album/scrapbook?
4x6 photos are only able to be ordered in bulk for photo album and scrapbooking purposes. 4-6 photos are $8 each, 7-9 photos are $7 each and if you order 10 photos or more they are $6 each. E-mail to arrange a bulk 4x6 order.
Can you do black & white photos?
Yes, I can convert any photo to black & white. E-mail me and tell me which photos you want in black & white after you place your order.
Can you remove objects from the photos?
No, I'm not able to remove objects from the photos. If you really need some major editing done, e-mail me and we can discuss the pricing for this. I have a professional editor who I can contract to do difficult editing tasks.
How long after I place my order will I get the photos?
The order will be processed and sent to the lab within a day or two of being received. At this point you will get an e-mail saying that your order has been processed. Printing then takes 2-3 days at the lab. Shipping usually takes about a week and you will receive another e-mail when I have shipped your order. In total, expect about a two week wait from when the order is placed to when you recieve the photos. This will fluctuate depending on my workload and postal service speed.
The shopping cart will not accept my credit card. / Do you have another method of payment?
If you are having problems with the website payments, or would rather not make payments over the Internet, you can send me a cheque instead. E-mail me for my address and details. I cannot accept credit card numbers over the phone, only through the website.
